Swim Coverups under $25

It's almost summer and my little one is looking forward to visiting the pool often during his summer break.  So, since we will be investing our summer days at the pool, I thought I would search for a few coverups that can go from pool to lunch.  Just throw on a pair of shorts and spend the rest of the day cool and comfortable.
