Stripes are a neutral.

Stripes are a neutral in my book. I mean, it can go with so much! Agreed?! 

I've had this skirt for a while now, and I wear it so much. It's the perfect striped skirt! I love the fit and the width of the stripes. I've worn it so many different ways, and there's so many more ways I could.

What's prints do you consider neutral?
