Royal blue
Nothing like high-rise skinny jeans to make my 5'0 self feel a little taller. I really don't know why I just own a pair.
I rarely wear floral, but this blue floral one doesn't feel over the top. And under this blue blazer, it breaks up this monochromatic look.
