Floral from Target

Tomorrow is the first day of spring! And according to the weather we are welcoming it with a few inches of snow!!! Really??!! But springs gotta come eventually right? So I guess we will just have to patiently wait till it does. 

But mother nature did give us a little taste last week and I took advantage and put on a skirt. 

I wore it with this cute floral top I found at Target. Normally this is a top I would have just passed by, but I'm so happy I didn't. I'm trying to expand my style and try different looks.
